We’re launching a Nondrivers Alliance book club.
Our September book is Sidewalk Nation by Michael Pollack. We’ll meet on Sunday, October 4 from 4-5pm to discuss the book (RSVP), and then we’ll have a special event with Michael Pollack in Seattle and streamed on Zoom on October 5 at 6:30pm (RSVP).
Our October book is If You Want to Win, You’ve Got to Fight by Carter Levin. Carter will be joining us remotely for our next book talk on November 8, 4-5pm. RSVP.
In addition to our monthly book club discussions, we host a monthly learning space on the second Wednesday of the month from noon-1pm where we feature guest speakers in the transportation, housing, and disability policy spaces. Our focus is on Washington State, but people from other places are welcome to join and learn too. Please email us for an invite.
